The process

You will get a two-hour meeting at which we will review your overall business with a focus on the marketing. Following the meeting you will receive a comprehensive report complete with recommendations for follow-up action.

We appreciate that it is not always easy to find the time to implement plans, and keep motivated, particularly for busy owners of small businesses. So, to help you out, we are happy to provide additional mentoring support, either face-to-face or by phone, following a business review.
