The process
Following a free introductory meeting, your consultant
will work closely with you to agree your key business and marketing
objectives. We will then develop a strategy, and the tactical planning,
that will take your business or project forward. At that stage,
if you have the resources, we can leave you to take care of the
implementation. However we spend a lot of time getting to know
our clients’ businesses
and we would always choose to implement the strategy for you. That
way we get to make sure that you are completely happy with the
end result before we leave you.
Client: Responsibility in Gambling Trust
Objectives
Following a change in the management team RIGT wanted a fresh approach
to its branding and stakeholder communications. We were taken on
to provide a new communications strategy and develop the promotional
material.
Consultancy provision
- Worked with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive
communications strategy and action plan
- Managed the writing and production of new marketing materials
including the annual report, an electronic newsletter, a series
of leaflets targeting key stakeholders, posters, and a ‘Five
Years On’ document, in time for their fifth birthday event
- Worked with the team to redesign and redevelop the website
to make it more user-friendly for the broad range of target users
Results
The RIGT has raised its profile amongst its stakeholders enabling
it to obtain much-needed industry funding commitments for the
next few years. With the new promotional materials it can keep
its stakeholders informed and it now also has a more professional
and consolidated image. Particularly positive feedback was received
on the newsletters and stakeholder literature.
The management team have been left with a
comprehensive and practical strategy that they can easily implement.
